Refund policy

There are no Refunds, Returns or Exchanges given for edible products. 

All sales are final. Any issues with delivery or package condition are the responsibility of the nominated courier (Royal Mail). 

We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged items or packages.

If your parcel has not arrived as per the tracking information, you have 48hrs to contact us and we will assist in locating the consignment. Contact Email - Crystalcandycouk@gmail.com (please ensure to use your order number in the email).

Customer is responsible for any incorrect addresses or information.

Lead times and delivery times are best endeavors, many factors can cause delay. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be given if deliveries go over estimated time given.
